So what does this have to do with school tests? Well, (at least on my part), I can study for hours on any one particular test. And it becomes very hard to divert my attention away. But, God always reminds me with a sort of tug. The conversation is something like this, " Hey, have you been studying?" " Yeah! That's what I've been doing for the past few hours." " Studying MY Word?" "...Oh."
He's gracious enough to remind me to do so. Almost like when a teacher writes down math formulas on the chalkboard so you don't have to remember them. But, after a few times, He begins to expect US to remember. To practice what He teaches.
To close this off, I will quote something my parents tell me all the time, and it has yet to fail, " When you give your time to God first, He will always give you the exact amount of time you need to excel." And remember, it's for His glory!
"For you, God, tested us; you refined us like silver." --Psalm 66: 10
